Decent selection, minor packaging issue
I placed an order for a few items: a full-size bottle of Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Eau de Toilette, a travel size of Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt, and a sample of Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille. The ordering process was smooth, and their selection is quite extensive, which is why I chose them. Shipping took exactly 7 days to reach my address in California. Everything arrived intact except for the Jo Malone travel spray; its cap was a bit loose, and a tiny amount had leaked into the plastic wrapping, not enough to be a huge problem, but noticeable. Customer service was responsive when I contacted them about it, offering a small credit for a future purchase, which I appreciated. The perfumes themselves were authentic and smelled great. The prices were generally good, especially for the larger bottle. Overall, a solid experience with a small hiccup.
Good price, slow delivery
I ordered a bottle of Versace Dylan Blue Pour Homme. The price was really competitive, much better than I found elsewhere. Shipping took about 8 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a little long. The product was authentic and well-packaged though. Just wish delivery was a bit quicker.
